For years, I wasn’t lost, just not found. Growing up in a deeply religious environment and attending a prestigious Christian private school, I followed the path laid out for me, striving to meet expectations while quietly carrying the weight of my truth.
After a decade of marriage to an amazing woman who remains one of my greatest supporters, I made the life-changing decision to embrace who I truly am. Coming out to my family was both terrifying and liberating, but it allowed me to step into a life of honesty and purpose—unapologetically me. My three incredible children—my biggest fans—gave me the courage to keep moving forward, their love and acceptance lighting my way.
This journey has taught me resilience and empathy, shaping me into the person I am today. Learning to live authentically wasn’t just about finding myself—it was about showing others the strength it takes to follow the sound of their own voice, even when it leads to an unexpected path.
